SEAR-IOUSLY GOOD GRILLING

 

preparation

• Soak your bamboo skewers for 1 hour before grilling

• Pre-heat your grill to medium heat

• Load each skewer with an assortment of chosen fruits

• Warm  honey in microwave until it is warm & runny

• Baste each kabob lightly with honey & sprinkle with coconut flakes

• Grill until fruit gets nice grill marks  & remove to serving plate

• Beat yogurt, marshmallow fluff, light cream cheese, lime juice , coconut flakes together  and put in a small bowl for dipping.

Strawberries

Pineapples

Mangos

Bananas

Kiwis

Honey

Coconut flakes

Your favorite Key Lime Yogurt

¼ cup marshmallow fluff

2 oz. light cream cheese (1/4 of an 8 oz. brick)

1 tsp. lime juice

GRILLED FRUIT KABOBS W/KEY LIME YOGURT DIP

preparation

• Cut peaches in half and remove pits

• Drizzle ½ tbsp. Agave Nectar on each peach

• Sprinkle ½ tsp. cinnamon & brown sugar on each peach

• Place on grill on medium heat flat side down for 4 minutes

• Remove from grill & serve warm

• Add vanilla ice cream & whipped cream (optional)
